This sequence is dedicated to helping you restore peace of mind, connecting with your body, and embracing the light inside of you. Are you a newbie? Lets experience yoga without fear to reconnect with the practice sans pressure to be perfect. Together we can cultivate community, and bring you back to yourself. We invite you to laugh, let your hair down, and enjoy this potent union of yoga and social ritual.

Treat yourself to a beautiful afternoon of hiking through lynn woods(20 minutes) and grounding yoga class in the woods, followed by a Meditative Juice Session. We got the Juice! Fresh Juice is our jam. Featuring our GOLDEN Juice and its healing benefits. Meet people, heal and have fun. 


Class Includes;

20 mintues guided hike 

Bottle of water 

Golden Juice 

Hand Towel

45 mintues of Shamainc Yoga 


This is an open level of yoga, all are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat. 


HIKING DIFFICULTY: Easy to Moderate. Approximately 2 miles from start to finish.

RESTROOMS. There are no restrooms located throughout the park.

WHAT TO WEAR. The woods can be quite thickly settle therefore, it is a good idea to wear sneaker or boots. Please wear comfortable gear and remember to pack:

A light sweater or wear layers

Snacks or lunch

Sunglasses and sunscreen

Yoga Matt 

Bug spray
